His first few American Bloggers.

Every time I have seen a blogger post about Chris' film I have gotten tears in my eyes. I am just so overcome with emotion. Seeing people support him and his talents & dreams.... especially in a community of people that are so wonderful, it just makes me so thankful.

He began the journey Wednesday and I am hoping to do a weekly update on where he is and who he has seen until he is back home! These are all pictures from the finished airstream & a few of the girls he has already filmed...he did such a beautiful job on everything. He basically gutted the entire thing and put it all back together!

He started on Wednesday in Oklahoma... his two Oklahoma bloggers are Under the Sycamore and Annapolis & Company (Mary Beth contributes those gorgeous recipes on my blog). Then yesterday night he drove to Arkansas and began today with Kelly Stamps! Then around 1:00 he drove over to Missouri and is now spending the evening and tomorrow morning with Katie of Skunkboy Creatures. It is all so surreal that it is actually happening!

Tomorrow he heads to Alabama to see the Lettered Cottage! Best news ever is that my flight is booked to come spend time with him in California at the end of July! Eeeep!

I have had people asking various questions on Instagram about the project...if there is something you are dying to know I will do my best to write down a few of the questions and answer them along the way!

  27. Wow, an amazing job on that Airstream! Do you guys plan to keep it once hes finished with these travels? We inherited a big camper a few years ago but without something large enough to tow it its sat in storage pretty much ever since. We're toying with either making it over to be more modernized or sell it to look for something more manageable for our family.

  35. Hi Casey! First a big congrats to you and your family for this beautiful adventure and leap Chris is taking! It's really amazing and admirable!! I have been wanting to write to you and ask a question for over a year now, I always seem to write then erase. So I thought why not just ask. I have 3 children as well and I wondered how you best deal with the worry that comes with having these 3 little beings? I worry about it all. I try and just ask God to take my fears and worry and work it all out for me but it comes back and I just pray again. I struggle with this daily. I am interested in starting a blog similar to yours. I am a fashionista and stay at home mom and thought this maybe a nice little outlet and great way to connect with others. Not sure how to start it all! I have read yours for over a year now and really enjoy it! So thank you for your inspirations :-) have a beautiful weekend with the kids!!
