  20. I am a complete puddle at my desk right now. I don't even have words for how lovely this is! I see so much of the beauty you both share with your children in this film: the tenderness and joy your son has for his sweet little animals, the gentle giving spirit of your oldest daughter, the sacrifice and loss you endured which led you to Apple. You are all a part of Chris' heart and it is very clear in his work. Most of all, I see your faith and love of Christ in every moment of this beautiful piece. Congrats to all of you! And thanks for sharing!

  26. Dear Casey,

That film was beautiful. It is a beautiful reminder about what Christ has done for us and to think that beautiful reminder came through a 10 minute film with a boy and a rabbit is just awesome. Your husband has a true gift and I love that he is using it to bless others. Your blog is super inspiring too. I always look forward to your posts and you always put out posts that make me think about my life and they really make me think about my relationship with Jesus. Yesterday, I opened my Bible for the first time in about 3 months. I was reading about Ruth and her journey and the journey that God sent her on. What a beautiful story that is about how God is faithful to us and how he is faithful to Ruth. the Ruth story has nothing to do with this comment I just wanted to thank you because reading your blog has made me want to open my Bible again and it has made me want to examine my relationship with God again. YOU are beautiful my friend and you have a true testimony to share that has been laid out on this beautiful blog. Thank you for your ministry and for how you have touched my life and the lives of so many others. I was premature like Apple was and so I am sure that my parents could relate to your story and your heartache. I think that you need to write a book about this beautiful journey called life. I would deff read it. I am sorry this is such a rambling comment I just wanted to share my heart and just say thank you for your blog and for your life and for being brave and having the courage to not only share bits and pieces of your life with us but for being real and raw with us when you have had struggles. I hope that I get to meet you sometime on this side of Heaven and if not then, then deff in heaven. you are a beautiful soul and I am so happy that I found your blog one day. It has been a true, true blessing to me! <3

  50. Congrats to you both on Ferre!! What a beautiful reminder that atonement is truly heartbreaking and at the same time healing.

Very timely for me. My grandad isn't a Christian, my grandmother, mom and dad are all very strong Christians and have been most of their lives. We found out yesterday that grandad has esophageal cancer. The tumor is large, but we are still waiting on the final word from the doctors on what stage he is in. I'm praying so very hard that God uses grandad's cancer to help grandad see God's love. Grandad is a very loyal, honest, and loving man...but he has no interest in God much less Christ. My grandmother has been a constant source of love for him, and she has been heartbroken that he hasn't ever understood Christ's love.
