Easy Lasagna.

This recipe is the easiest ever... not healthy and nothing too special but it tastes AMAZING. My mama made it for me growing up and I make it for my crew now...it is usually completely gone within a day because it's so delicious! I posted it on instagram the other day and a few people asked if I would share the recipe.... you will love!!! 

{Easy Lasagna}

1 8oz. Lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 32 oz. Ragu (I like Newman's Own Marinara)
1 16 oz. carton cottage cheese
12 pieces of American Cheese. 
Parmesan Cheese to sprinkle on top

Brown Meat.
Add Ragu to the meat & 1/2 cup of water ( I always add just a tiny bit less than an half).
I also always add brown sugar to the sauce. Add however much you like! 
Simmer 10 minutes. 

1. Put a small amount of sauce in a 9x13 pan. Spread all around on the bottom of the pan.
2. Arrange layer of Noodles (raw) on top of the sauce. 
3. Spread 1/2 of the carton of cottage cheese on the noodles.
4. Put on top 6 of the American Cheese Slices.
5. Repeat Layers. 

Lastly, pour the rest of the sauce on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Cover with Foil.
Bake One Hour- 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes.
